Greadme is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides comprehensive website auditing and analysis tools, including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO) assessments
• Accessibility compliance evaluations
• Web development best practices reviews
• Progress tracking and comparative analytics

3.2 Service Limitations

The Service provides analysis and recommendations for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that:

• Implementation of our recommendations will resolve all identified issues
• Following our suggestions will improve search engine rankings or website performance
• Our analysis will identify all potential issues with audited websites
• The Service will meet your specific business requirements

3.3 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you must create and maintain a user account. Account registration and authentication are managed through Clerk, which may include OAuth methods such as Google login.

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information provided during registration
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account

4.3 Account Restrictions

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limitations
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Create accounts using automated means or false information

5.1 Service Plans

Greadme offers multiple service tiers, including:

• Free plan with limited features and usage restrictions
• Paid subscription plans (monthly and annual billing cycles)
• Plan details, features, and limitations are specified on our Pricing Page

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method according to your chosen billing cycle.

5.3 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period
• All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice

5.4 No Refund Policy

Because we provide a free plan for testing purposes, all paid subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. Subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.5 Subscription Management

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes to subscription plans will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise specified.

6.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service solely for legitimate website auditing and analysis purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

6.2 Usage Limitations

Usage restrictions vary by subscription plan and include:

6.4 Prohibited Activities

You are expressly prohibited from using the Service to:

• Scan websites without proper authorization from the website owner
• Engage in any illegal, harmful, or malicious activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

7.1 Data Categories

We collect and process the following types of data:

• Account information (name, email address, billing details)
• Website URLs and audit results from scanned sites
• Usage analytics and Service interaction data
• Progress tracking and historical audit data

7.2 Data Retention

• Active account data is retained for the duration of your account's existence
• Audit results and progress tracking data are stored according to your subscription plan
• Upon account deletion, all personal data and audit results are permanently removed immediately
• Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for Service improvement purposes

7.3 Data Use

We use collected data solely for:

• Providing and improving the Service
• Generating audit reports and analytics
• Customer support and communication
• Compliance with legal obligations

7.4 Third-Party Data Sharing

Audit reports and analyses generated through the Service using your website data belong to you. However, you grant us a limited license to use such data for Service improvement and development purposes.

8.4 Restrictions

You may not:

• Use our trademarks, service marks, or branding without written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

10.1 Liability Exclusions

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOOSHES LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR SYSTEM FAILURES

10.2 User Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that audit reports and recommendations are based on automated analysis and should not be considered as professional advice. You assume all risks associated with implementing any suggestions provided by the Service.

12.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time by following the account deletion process in your dashboard.

12.2 Termination by Company

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Use the Service in a manner that could harm our business or other users

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service immediately ceases
• All data associated with your account will be permanently deleted immediately
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

13.3 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good faith negotiations to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms.

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Looshes Ltd. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

14.2 Amendment

We may update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.4 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14.5 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

14.6 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, or government actions.
